Welcome to CORES, our fully online registration system. With this system you will now complete and submit registration information, pay the registration fee and upload documents to the school office anytime, anywhere that you have an internet connected device.

Access to CORES will remain open  until all classroom openings are filled. The number of openings in each class will be displayed and adjust as they are claimed with submitted online applications.

NOTE: A registration is not considered submitted until you

• complete all required areas

• complete the secure digital signature process

• click the SUBMIT button at the end of the process and

• follow the link that appears after form submission to pay your registration fee.

Here are a few points to remember as you use CORES.​

• Several features of the CORES system are in place to to assist families.

  • Sending required documents--a new upload system is now in place on the school website. After you submit your registration form you will see a link to upload documents to the school office. Some required documents include

  • Automatic Withdrawal form (part of the online registration process this year)

  • Custody papers

  • Health forms

  • Certificate of Eligibility and others.

• Waitlist--If the class/program you are seeking shows No Slots Open proceed to the WAITLIST section immediately after the class selection area and follow instructions there to be added to a waitlist for your desired Class/Program. Your registration submission will be time/date stamped to determine your place on the waitlist. There is no need to call the office to be placed on the waitlist if you use CORES.
   

• Items with a red asterisk * REQUIRE A RESPONSE and you cannot proceed to the next step without doing providing the requested information for these items.

 

• If you are requesting a VPK slot for your child, you must provide a Certificate of Eligibility at registration. To get more information and obtain this Certificate of Eligibility please CLICK HERE. Properly signed and completed Certificates of Eligibility may be emailed to the school office via spcsabc@spocala.org or uploaded via http://uploadtospcsorg. Your VPK registration is not considered complete without this document in the school office.

 

• Each registration is time/date stamped to determine the order of submission. The administration reserves the right to group all registrations from the same family with the earliest application from that family. 
   

• Registration payment- Your non-refundable registration fee can only be paid online via a link that will appear after submitting your registration form. You can pay via Credit/Debit Card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Online payments include a 3% convenience fee for a total payment of $303.85. If you are on a waitlist, DO NOT pay a registration fee until it is requested from the school office. Also VPK has NO REGISTRATION FEE.
